As Artistic Director of the Freshwater Festival of Chamber Music, Bernadette Harvey regularly commissions new works by Australian and overseas composers.
At sell-out concerts for the 2010 Freshwater Festival, Bernadette introduced new works by Tim Dargaville, and the trio ‘Climate Change’ by Warringah composer Colin Bright.

The standard for our schools competition for 2010 was very high. Officeworks is once again sponsoring the 2012 Amateur and Schools Chamber Music Competition. Glass artist, Sallie Portnoy designed and made the perpetual trophy more

Fundraising kicks off with a really beautiful series of House Concerts, the first held in the home of one of our members who lives, not in Freshwater but in Beacon Hill. Each concert will showcase artists who have performed or will be performing for the Freshwater Festival of Chamber Music.
